Every MF Improv class starts from the same place: celebrate the mistake, build the mindset that lets you do it. No experience needed, and nobody gets put on the spot.

Improv 101 — The Improv Lab
You don't need to be funny or quick — just willing to show up. Improv 101 (formerly The Improv Lab) is our monthly class for total beginners and returning players alike: the same games that build listening, agreement, and confidence also happen to sharpen memory, pattern recognition, and mental flexibility. Each month picks a theme and builds the whole session around it.
- No experience required — we build the room from the ground up
- Low-stakes games that teach listening and agreement while training memory, focus, and mental flexibility
- Mondays at 7 PM at 3 Vision Drive, Natick, MA 01760 — come straight from work
- First visit is free through our Monthly Monday Night Drop In
- September 2026: Total Recall — Recall & Working Memory
- October 2026: Whodunit — Pattern Recognition & Deduction
- November 2026: Quick Change — Cognitive Flexibility
