Professional Workshop Formats

The Rotating Roundtable (Six Pack):

Three high-speed brainstorming tracks running simultaneously. Teams must jump between different projects with zero downtime, maintaining the thread of each conversation.

The Focus Pivot (Ding Song / Say It Again):

A challenge in flexibility. When signaled, the speaker must instantly change their tone or "re-pitch" their last statement, fostering the ability to course-correct in real-time.

User Persona Interviews (Standies / DITL):

Using real-world data from the "audience" (clients/colleagues) to build simulated scenarios, allowing teams to walk a mile in their customer's shoes.

The Constraint Challenge (Pillars / Cell Phones):

Working within rigid, externally-imposed boundaries (like limited data or specific client quotes) to create successful outcomes.
